Makeshift Mexican Food

Good Mexican food in Europe is nonexistent (we've even been told the Chipotle in London couldn't deliver). We did our best to scrounge up the most Mexican ingredients we could find, but for some reason the entire Iberian Peninsula is afraid of spicy food. Our chorizo refried beans turned out amazingly and were enough to satiate the craving. We're on a mission to find corn tortillas before Cinco de Mayo festivities next weekend, fingers crossed!
